Ingredients For Restaurant Style Kadhai Paneer :

  • Paneer – 100 grams ( cut in cubes shape or any shape you like)
  • Onion – 1 small onion ( for tempering)
  • Tomatoes – 2 ( medium sized )
  • Fresh cream – 2 spoons
  • Fennel seeds – 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander seeds – 1.5 to 2 teaspoon
  • Dry red chilli – 2 to 3
  • Black pepper – 7 to 8
  • Capsicum – 1 ( cut into pieces )
  • Ginger – 10 to 15 cloves
  • Green chilli – 2 to 3 ( small ones )
  • Onion – 1 big onion ( cut into medium pieces not small )
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Oil

Preparation :

  • Now , turn on the gas and put pan on it
  • Now , add all the dry spices fennel seeds , cumin seeds , coriander seeds , dry red chilli and black pepper into the pan and dry roast it
  • After dry roasting these add this in a grinder jar and grind it
  • Now,you have fresh and nice aromatic dry roast spice powder
  • Now put pan on the gas and add 1 tbsp of oil in the pan and let it heat
  • Now after the oil gets heated add 10 to 15 cloves of garlic in the oil and roast it
  • After roasting it add small pieces of ginger in it and roast this also
  • Now,add onion into it , don’t add small pieces of it cut medium pieces of onion,and after it gets slightly golden brown in colour add tomatoes in it (chopped)
  • Now after all these gets roasted add all of it in a grinder jar and grind it to make paste of it
  • Now after grinding you got nice paste which will bring great taste in our dish
  • Now,place woke on the gas and add 2 to 3 tbsp of oil in it , and let it heat
  • Now oil is heated ,add 2 to 3 small green chillies in it
  • Now,i will add big slices of onions in the oil
  • Now,i will add 1 teaspoon of ghee or clarified butter in it to give it a unique flavour ( if you don’t want to add ghee then you can skip ghee)
  • Now,onion is slightly golden brown in colour and i will now add 1 capsicum cutted in medium pieces in it
  • Capsicum will become soft after getting fried in oil
  • After that i will add 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder , 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder and 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Now , mix it well
  • Now, i will add the paste we prepared by grinding in the jar
  • Now , mix it well
  • Our paste and spices are cooked well , so i will add the dry roast spices we grinded in starting
  • Add 2 teaspoon of dry roast spice in it and mix well
  • Now,add some water in it and cook it
  • All the spices and paste we added were already roasted and cooked well , so we don’t need to cook it for long
  • Now,add 2 spoons of fresh cream in it , it is easily availabel in market and now mix it
  • Now put lid on woke and let it cook for 1 to 2 minutes
  • After 1 to 2 minutes remove the lid our restaurant style kadhai paneer is ready , now add 1/2 teaspoon of homemade garam masala┬áin it and some fresh coriander leaves in it.
  • Our restaurant style kadhai paneer is ready to eat
