Bread Roll Recipe | Potato Stuffed Bread Roll | Quick And Easy Indian Snack Recipe
Ingredients For Bread Roll :
- Bread slices
- boiled potatoes – 5 to 6 potatoes (after boiling mash these potatoes)
- onion – 1 (finely chopped onion)
- Salt – 1 teaspoon (add according to the taste)
- Red chilli powder – 1 teaspooon
- Green chilli – 1 (finely chopped)
- Some coriander leaves
- Some homemade mint leaves powder
- Dry mango powder – 1 to 2 teaspoon
- Cumin seeds – some of it
- Oil – for frying
Preparation Of Potato Stuffing :
- Place woke on the gas and add 1 tbsp of oil and let it heat.
- After oil gets heated add boiled an mashed potatoes in woke.
- Now,put gas flames on medium and add some cumin seeds in it , its flavours tastes very nice in stuffing.
- Now,add 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder.
- Now,adding 1 teaspoon of salt ,you can add according to your taste and taste the stuffing ,if you find less slat in it then you can simply add more salt to it.
- Mix it well.
- Now,add 1 finely chopped onion in it ,we don’t have to cook for long after adding onion in it.
- Now,i will add chopped green chillies in it and mix it well.
- Now,i will add 1 to 2 teaspoon of dry mango powder in it for little bit of sourness or tangyness.
- After mixing it well i will add my homemade mint leaves powder in it. 1 teaspoon of it , its flavour make stuffing more tasty.
- And i will also add some coriander leaves in it.
- Now mix it well.
- Our bread roll stuffing or potato stuffing is ready.
Preparation Of Bread Roll :
- Take bread slice and remove dark corners of slice.
- Take a bowl fill it with water,dip slice in bowl and then put on the palm of our hand and squeeze.
- Then take some of the potato stuffing and put it in centre of the bread slice.
- Now,fold all the 4 corners of the bread slice and gently squeeze it,it will bind easily and excess water will also squeezed out.
- This way you can easily make bread rolls.
- Now,place woke on the gas and fill it with oil to fry our bread roills.
- When oil gets heated put our bread rolls in oil.
- When fried from one side flip it to make these fry from other side as well.
- Now,when golden brown texture comes on the bread rolls take these out on kitchen towel napkin which will remove excess oil from bread rolls.
- Now,serve bread rolls with tomato ketchup or homemade coriander dip.
